How do I request a custom tufted design?
Simply use our quote request section or send us an image via DM. I'll review your vision—whether it's a sports team, anime character, or logo—and provide a price estimate and timeline within 24 hours.
What materials do you use for your rugs?
We use premium acrylic and wool blends to ensure a soft, vibrant, and durable finish. Each rug is backed with non-slip secondary tufting cloth and finished with high-quality adhesive for daily studio use.
Do you offer workshops for beginners?
Yes! Our Memphis studio hosts weekend intensives and evening classes. We provide all the professional tools—guns, yarn, and frames—so you can walk over and leave with your own handmade fiber art.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Most custom rugs take between 2 to 4 weeks depending on size and complexity. This includes the design phase, tufting, gluing, and the final 24-hour drying and trimming process.
